You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.
Service Availability
We continually improve and update the Services.
As a result, we may:
Add new features.
Modify existing functionality.
Remove features.
Perform maintenance.
Temporarily suspend portions of the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You misuse the Services.
Your activities create security risks.
We are required to do so by law.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coupled Meals, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

Your User Content.
